I was very impressed with my orientation day presented by Gina. It is very clear she enjoys her job and spoke comfortably to all in attendance. Gina introduced us to the employees working in the Prescott Valley office. She made sure all of our questions were answered. I look forward to being a caregiver with Synergy!

Awesome company to work for. flexible schedules, office staff is easy to talk to and are caring.
Working for Synergy has been both a rewarding and unique experience for me. Rewarding in the fact that each shift I chose to work, I knew that I was making a difference in that person’s life at that very moment. Whether it was frying an egg with toast, vacuuming or doing some grocery shopping. These small things were huge tasks for some of the clients that I had.
The unique experience of Synergy is the ability to choose your clients, what days and times you are available to work. Synergy is also unique in that once you’re hired, the promises that are made on interview don’t disappear after hiring.
The administration is incredibly, they are kind, thoughtful and are willing to help and solve any and all issues that may arise. The education also continues with both online and in person classes.
If you’re looking for a rewarding career or just have a few extra time a week to spare after retirement and want to help others, contact Synergy! You’ll be happy you did.
